AYHA relies upon volunteers for their coaching and team support personnel.  If you are interested in serving as an on-ice coach/assistant for any AYHA activities, please contact AYHA for a complete list of requirements.

USA Hockey and the Michigan Amateur Hockey Association serve as the governing bodies over all AYHA activities.  All volunteers must submit to a background check, an on-line Safe Sport Training, and a valid USA Hockey Registration.  On-ice coaches/assistants will be required to attend an appropriate USA Hockey CEP class.
